Mi Resumen Terms and Conditions

1. Owner and service
Mi Resumen (miresumen.com) lets you create and export resumes, get artificial intelligence suggestions and publish a personal website. The service is provided by Fersoft Technologies, LLC, a limited liability company formed in Delaware (file number 10321376), with its address at 1111B S Governors Ave STE 39885, Dover, DE 19904, United States. Contact: soporte@miresumen.com. By creating an account or using the service, you accept these terms.
2. Account and content
You must be at least 16 years old and provide accurate information for your account. Keep your credentials safe and tell us about any unauthorized access. Your content remains yours; you authorize us to host, process, export and display it only as needed to provide the service and publish the website you choose. Do not include other people’s data or protected material unless you have the right to use it.
3. Plans and prices
The Essential plan is free and includes 2 separate resumes and 5 AI assists per calendar month (UTC). The Pro plan includes 25 separate resumes and 100 AI assists per calendar month (UTC), plus the features advertised for that plan.
The Pro plan costs US$4.99 a month or US$39 a year, in US dollars. Before you subscribe, check the price, currency, taxes and billing period shown on Stripe’s final screen: those are the actual amounts of the transaction. Do not confirm a payment if they differ from what is advertised here. Taxes and the invoice breakdown will be shown according to the billing configuration and the applicable rules. We may change prices for future periods with reasonable prior notice; no change will affect a period you have already paid for.
4. Renewal, cancellation and refunds
Pro is activated when Stripe confirms the payment. It renews automatically for monthly or yearly periods, depending on what you chose, until you cancel. You can view invoices, update your payment method and cancel renewal in the billing portal linked from “My plan.” If you cancel, you keep the benefits you paid for until the end of the current period. As a general rule, partial periods are not refunded, without prejudice to the right of withdrawal and other statutory rights. When Pro ends, your existing resumes stay in your account, subject to the Essential plan’s limits on creating new resumes and using AI.
5. Consumer right of withdrawal
If you subscribe as a consumer from the European Union, you may withdraw without giving any reason within 14 calendar days of subscribing. To do so, send a clear statement to soporte@miresumen.com before the deadline. You may use the model form at the end of these terms, but it is not mandatory.
If you expressly ask for the service to start before those 14 days are over and then withdraw, we may charge the proportional part of the services provided until we receive your decision, where the law allows it. The right is only lost through full performance within the period when the legal requirements of express consent and prior acknowledgment are met. We will refund the amounts owed using the same payment method, without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days of the day you inform us of your withdrawal. These terms do not limit consumers’ other statutory rights.

6. AI, import and publishing
AI suggestions and ATS-compatibility advice may contain errors and do not guarantee interviews or employment. Review them and decide what to include in your resume. Imported LinkedIn text may need corrections. You are responsible for the content you publish. You can remove your personal website from public access, although search engines and third parties may keep copies made before.
7. Acceptable use and availability
Do not use the service to impersonate anyone, publish content that is illegal or infringes third-party rights, access other people’s accounts or interfere with how it works. We may restrict or suspend access in the event of serious breaches, with information and a chance to appeal where appropriate. Availability depends on external services and maintenance; we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Consumers’ statutory rights regarding conformity remain unaffected.
8. Liability
We do not guarantee any outcome in a hiring process. Our liability will be determined under the applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be limited by law or reduces mandatory consumer rights.
9. Governing law and disputes
The applicable law and competent courts will be determined under the applicable rules. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your country of residence and the rights of access to the courts that the law grants you; these terms do not require you to litigate in Delaware. Before filing a claim, you can write to soporte@miresumen.com to try to resolve it.
10. Changes
We will post the new terms on the site. We will give reasonable advance notice of important changes. If you do not agree with a change, you can cancel renewal and stop using the service, without losing the rights you have for the period already paid for.
